Explorations in Life Science

DNA and RNA Technology

Nucleic acids are the source code powering all living organisms. Biotechnologies comprising the design, synthesis, detection, and engineering of DNA and RNA have revolutionized numerous fields including therapeutics, diagnostics, agriculture, and forensics. Our efforts focus on inventing and commercializing enabling technologies for applications spanning fundamental scientific and applied markets.

Inventing Antibody Solutions

We are developing a suite of engineered, monoclonal antibodies that target diverse types of DNA and RNA modifications including oxidative damage and alkylation. These antibodies are designed to power products used in nucleic acid manufacturing, diagnostics, scientific discovery, agriculture, and therapeutics. Structural, biochemical, and computational strategies are employed to uncover rational design principles for the engineering of specific, modular, and high-affinity interactions with DNA and RNA antigens.
